Lee Ann is the main point of contact for members of your condominium's Board of Directors. She has 30+ years of experience from Real Estate to Marketing to Accounting.
Her interests range as far and wide as her talents! From puzzling to swimming, there is not a lot Lee Ann doesn't love to do! She is an avid horse-lover, an amazing grandma ("Grams") and she always makes time for friends and family.

Jennifer is affectionately known at Genesis as the "High Priestess of Paper." She is responsible for organizing and maintaining all of Genesis' files and financials.
She is your go-to when you need information on your lease, property, or just information in general! Her job is to coordinate with owners/tenants and the Property Manager. Don't be shy - if you have a question, Jennifer either has the answer or will hunt it down for you!
